Bank CSV layouts

The converter reads any bank's CSV or Excel file. For these banks and payment apps it also knows the exact layout, so the columns, dates and signs are set for you.

Banks with their own page

Each page explains how to download the file from that bank, what its columns hold, and how it becomes a QBO file.

Also recognized automatically

These layouts are recognized too. Their banks don't publish download steps on a public page we could check, so they don't have their own page yet; the guide to downloading a CSV from your bank has general steps.

Any other bank

Every other bank's CSV or Excel file is read by its column names and contents. The converter finds the header row, matches the date, description and amount columns, and asks when a date could be read two ways. Drop the file into the CSV to QBO converter and check the columns before you download.
