Terms of use
By using this site you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain English.
What the site does
CSV to QBO Converter converts bank and credit card transaction files from one format to another in your browser. You can use it without an account.
Check before you import
Bank files differ a lot, and no converter can promise that every file is read correctly. Always check the transactions in the preview table before you download, and check them again in QuickBooks, Quicken or your other app after importing.
Back up your company file or Quicken data file before importing. Importing the wrong file can be hard to undo.
No professional advice
The site and its guides give general information about file formats and import steps. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Ask a qualified professional about your own situation.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, EmproIT is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the files it creates, including errors in converted data.
Fair use
Don't try to disrupt the site, attack it, or use it to break the law.
Trademarks
Not affiliated with Intuit. QuickBooks and Quicken are trademarks of their owners. Other product and bank names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which files the tools work with.
